Welcome to our group's homepage. Our group is focusing on the fabrication of optoelectronics and spintronics devices and their applications. Our group is a part of SEL(Spin and Energy Lab), ISML(Information Storage Materials Laboratory) and COE(Center for OptoElectronics) in Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering, and we are also a member of Nanocore, which is a collaborative research center of NUS.
Our primary research area includes:

- Carbon electronics
- Topological Insulators
