Research GroupOur current research focus is in the area of NEXT GENERATION SPIN TORQUE MEMORIES. Graduate students who are interested in pursuing PhD studies in this research area are welcome to talk to me. Other area of interest is the studies of 2D materials and 2D superconductors under extreme conditions (high pressure, high magnetic field at low temperature).
Current available post-doctoral position: I am inviting candidate to apply for post-doctoral position who has a solid knowledge in the condensed matter physics and has the experience in operating high pressure cell, superconducting solenoid magnets and low temperature cryostat. The successful applicant will work on the magneto-transport and magneto-optical studies of 2D materials and 2D superconductors under high pressure at low temperature.
