For Presenters (Closed)
- Please register here to present in the symposium.
- Download and fill in the abstract submission form.
- Obtain your research supervisor's signature on the Hard Copy of the form.
- Visit abstract submission page to fill in the abstract details (200 - 250 words) and upload the scanned copy (.PDF format) of the filled and signed form.

Presentation Guidelines & Judging Criteria
Guidelines for student presentations:
Each technical presentation will be for a maximum of 12 minutes followed by 3 minutes of Q&A with the judges and audience. The presenters are requested to strictly adhere to the time limit. Computer facilities will be provided by the organizers at each venue, and the presenters may also use the whiteboard if necessary.
Judging criteria:
The presentations will be evaluated by our judges and the Best Paper Award will be awarded for each session. The marks awarded will be based on the following criteria:
- Delivery
- Organization
- Technical content
- Timeliness
