Highlights
The NUS ECE Graduate Students Council successfully hosted yet another tea session, which took place on Thursday, 8th March 2012 at the Department’s Hibiscus lounge around 4:00PM. This was the fourth tea session that has been organized so far by GSC, aimed at introducing and recruiting the 2nd Organizing Committee of the Graduate Student Symposium.
The event started off with a welcoming speech by Nguyen Hoang Tuan Minh (Program Chair) in which he introduced the 2nd Organizing Committee and a brief history of the Graduate Student Symposium. Later he informed about the vacancies and asked attending graduate students to join. This was followed by light refreshments. The GSC members expressed their thanks and gratitude to the participants and asked them for their feedback on the usefulness of these tea sessions and their suggestions to help improve in coming years. In a nutshell, the event was a great success and GSC looks forward to organizing its next tea session in January.
