Introduction

The ECE Communications Laboratory supports research and development work in both hardware and software for complex communications systems. It is also well-equipped for supporting optical communications research. The main objectives of the laboratory are:

• To carry out high quality research in Telecommunications and Optical Communications systems
• To attract international collaborations between NUS ECE Department and other top universities all over the world
• To produce world class leaders in Communications research through higher degree programs
