Research Scholarships for Ph.D. Candidates (Still open)

There are a few scholarships available for Ph.D. degree candidates to apply for. The areas of interests are listed here for research & development.

Note that in the application form, (1) "Proposed Research Area/Topic" is RF & Microwave;  (2) "Proposed Supervisor(s)" is GUO Yongxin

Research Positions

(1) One  postdoctoral research position on RF and/or Antennas can be available. Salary: ~S$4-5.5k/month. Duration: 1 year first, renewable up to 2 years based on the mutual satisfactory (new!).

(2) One postdoctoral research positions on Radar signal processing with hardware capbility can be available. Salary: ~S$4-5.5k/month. Duration: 1 year first, renewable up to 3 years based on the mutual satisfactory (new!).

(3) One postdoctoral research positions on wireless localization can be available. Salary: ~S$4-5.5k/month. Duration: 1 year first, renewable up to 3 years based on the mutual satisfactory (new!).

Job description: GNSS location in urban canyon and indoor location

Duration: 1 ~2 years

Requirements:

  1) a PhD in EE, Computing Science,  Automatic Control, or related;

  2) Research background in GNSS + Inertial navigation, or visual odometer;

  3) Technical proposal writing and presentation skills in English;

  4) Able to plan and organize well and adhere to deadlines;

  5) Team work.
