XU Yong Ping

Dr Yong Ping Xu graduated from Nanjing University China and received his PhD from University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia, in 1994. He was a lecturer at University of South Australia from 1996 to 1998. He joined the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering, National University of Singapore in 1998. He is currently an Associate Professor.

He has been involved in the research of integrated circuit design, currently focusing on applications in biomedical devices and MEMS/sensor interfaces. He has been a member of the International Technical Program Committee of IEEE International Solid-State Circuits Conference (ISSCC) since 2014. He was also a member of IEEE Asian Solid-State Circuits Conference (A-SSCC) Technical Program Committee from 2009 to2013 and the Technical Program Committee Co-Chairs of IEEE Symposium on Radio Frequency Integration Technology (RFIT) in 2007 and 2009. He was the Organizing Committee Chair of A-SSCC 2013. Dr Xu is currently a Distinguished Lecturer of IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society.
