My name is Raymond Ching. I have studied in Hong Kong, United Kingdom and Singapore. I have obtained a B. Eng. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Leeds in 1987 and a M. Eng. (Research) in Bio-Nanotechnology from National University of Singapore in 2008. In addition to that, I have obtained Bachelor of Biomedical Science from Central Queensland University in Australia.

Thesis

To investigate and study magnetic properties of Gadolinium and Dysprosium as a contrasting agent in bio-imaging applications

Research Interests

The development of novel hybrid contrast agents for application of Magnetic Resonance Imaging
In vivo molecular imaging.
Tracking of individual cell populations in vivo including stem and progenitor cells, i.e. methods to image cells for trafficking and homing purposes.
