Welcome to our group's homepage. Our group is focusing on the fabrication of optoelectronics and spintronics devices and their applications.
Our group is a member of Nanocore which is a collaborative research center of NUS, ISML (Information Storage Materials Laboratory) and COE (Center for OptoElectronics) in Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering(ECE).
Our primary research area includes:
- Spin transfer torque and spin applications
- Carbon nano materials
- Spin wave of lateral spin characteristics
- Solar cells
