We are looking for Research Fellows graduated from the top-notch universities for the next research topics:

• 1) Si Photonics / Mid IR Photonics

• 2) Vacuum MEMS

• 3) Piezoelectric MEMS (e.g., SAW, FBAR and Resonators)

• 4) Thermoelectric generator technology for energy harvesting (TEG) (In particular, novel 2D thermoelectric materials)

• 5) Neural prosthesis and neural probes

• 6) Metamaterials

• 7) Flexible electronics, Stretchable electronics, Stretchable sensors

• 8) Flexible organic solar cell

• 9) Flexible and wearable capacitors and applications

• 10) Nanomedicines

The expected applicants should graduate from top-notch universities with PhD degree and sound publication record (e.g., papers in Nature Comm, Nano Lett, Sci Adv, Adv Mat and Adv Energy Mat, etc). Good command in English technical writing is must. Applicants from US, Canada, Germany, France and Poland are welcome.

ECE Department is one of the largest departments in NUS, with a tenure-track or tenured faculty size of approximately 90. Prof. Chengkuo Lee leads a few research projects with awarded research budget exceeding 20 M SGD. There are more than 20 PhDs successfully graduated from his lab in the past one decade.
