BEng Accreditation

For intakes up to 2006, all three programmes (BEng (EE), BEng (CPE) and BTech (Electronics)) are accredited by the Institution of Engineering & Technology (formerly the Institution of Electrical Engineers), UK, and are deemed equivalent to the UK 4-year Master of Engineering programmes. This accreditation is granted under SARTOR (Standard & Routes to Registration) third Edition by the Institution of Electrical Engineers (IEE). With this accreditation, our graduates are considered to have fulfilled the educational requirements for attaining the Chartered Professional Engineer Status in the UK.
