1. The manuscripts must be prepared using A4 Paper settings with margins as follows:
   Top = 19mm                   
   Bottom = 43mm                  
   Left = Right = 13mm                
   Gutter on Left = 4mm

2. The document must be in two column format with column width as 88mm and 4mm space in between.

3. The body text (Normal Text) must be in 10 regular.

4. Number citations consecutively in square brackets '[1]'.

5. The acknowledgement and reference sections should not be numbered.

6. Don't use page numbers.

7. Page limit is six (6) including References where the first 4 pages are free of charge while the remaining 2 are chargeable at S$50 per page (where refund will be made if the additional 2 pages were paid for).

8. Complete paper should be in Times New Roman Font.

9. Title is 24 pts Bold.

10. Author Names should be in 11 Regular and the affiliation in 10 Italic.

11. Put a Hash before corresponding author (email is compulsory for the corresponding author).

12. Heading must be in 10 pts bold, small caps, centered with numbers. There must be a line gap before and after main headings.

13. Sub Headings must be in 10 pts italic, left aligned with numbering in the form of alphabets. Also there is a 6 pt space before the sub heading

14. Figure captions must be placed below the figures. Figure caption is centered with 8 pts. Font.

15. Tables should have caption with the table number before the table as shown. Table Caption is 8pt regular with small caps.

16. Large figures and tables may span across both the columns.
