Online Registration

The online
registration system will be terminated at 6:00 pm on 17 October
2006 due to the busy schedule and the other ISAP commitment.
After this, all the registrations will have to be made by onsite
at the ISAP06 Registration Desk starting on November 1, 2006.
To register for the ISAP'06, please click at
the online
registration system available
now. The rates for the early bird registration and standard
registration (including late and on-site registration) are given
below.
Please kindly also include the
Copyright Transfer Form when registering. The paper might be
taken out of the conference proceedings and CD, if no
registration for the paper is received. One author is allowed to
present at most 2 papers at the conference.

Neither the organizer nor its
employees or its appointed Professional Conference Organiser
shall be liable in Singapore or elsewhere to the registered
participant in contract, tort or otherwise except as expressly
stated in the registration form.
Payment Details
-
Registration
payment can be made via credit card (Visa or Mastercard only),
or cheque/bank draft. Please note that the merchant name
reflected on your credit card bill will be ¡°Integrated
Meetings Specialist Pte Ltd¡±.

All cheques / bank
draft should be made payable to ¡°Integrated
Meetings Specialist¡±
and mail to the secretariat. Kindly indicate your name,
contact number and name of the conference (ISAP 2006) at the
back of the cheque/bank draft.

Only cheques
/bank drafts drawn from a Singapore bank or foreign bank with
a bank branch located in Singapore will be accepted.

Registration
will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Registration
is NOT transferable.

If you are
using another person¡¯s credit card to make online payment,
please complete the
CREDIT CARD AUTHORISATION FORM and
fax it back to the secretariat at (+65) 6295 5792 in order for
the payment to be processed and confirmed.

For student registration,
copied identification documents on the valid full-time student
status should be supplied upon registration via fax or
airmail, and the original student IDs will be verified upon
collecting the conference materials at the onsite registration
desk of ISAP'06.
Cancellation Policy
-
A 50% refund
will be given for cancellations made in writing and received
by the secretariat before 15th
October 2006
(inclusive).
-
There will be
no refund for cancellations made after
15th October 2006.

Any other
refunds will be made at the sole discretion of the organiser.

Refunds (if
any) will be made after the conference.
-
