Abstract

The speaker (see his biography for more information) will be sharing recruitment, talent management and his working experience in Philips Electronics Singapore.

Biography

Chua Hock Hai graduated from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) with a Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. He joined Philips Electronics Singapore under the Asia Pacific Talent Pool in 2000. He is currently the Business HR Director for the Audio Video (AV) Systems business. Prior to that, Hock Hai was doing software management and global project management with the CRT/LCD TV business.

Before joining Philips, he was with Sony Electronics Singapore for 10 years doing software R&D and leading a team of engineers for developing factory automation systems. In 2000, Hock Hai got his MBA specialising in Management of Technology from NTU’s Nanyang Business School.
