Biography

Mr Oh graduated from Electrical and Electronics Department at National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1993. He joined Texas Instruments Singapore as a Product Engineer upon graduation and later joined Micron, as part of Micron's acquisition of TI memory operations.

Mr Oh started his Texas Instrument's engineering career in the areas of Yield Analysis, Electrical Failure Analysis and Reliability analysis for 16Meg DRAM. He was promoted to Product Engineering Section Manager in 1995 and was supporting the qualification and ramp of TI 16Meg and 64Meg DRAM devices. In 1998, he started up MSA's Burn In Engineering and Operations, bringing Micron's manufacturing technology into the Singapore operations. In 1999, he joined Product Engineering and started MSA's first High Speed Wide I/O SDRAM. He assumed the role of Test Engineering Manager in 2000.

Mr Oh currently manages a team of Test Engineers and managers responsible for developing test methodogies, optimising test programs, reliability stress model, statistical process controls and engineering support for production. His latest project is starting NAND Flash memory testing in MSA.
